Weapons?
So recently I realized I need a new weapons. I'm a fairly casual player in terms of farming but I've managed to accumulate around 220k because I really haven't bought anything but Drok armor. There in lies my dilemma.
Currently I'm a pretty defensive tank, W/E. As I haven't really pvped a whole lot yet but I also don't have a guild. My question it, should I get 15k Armor or should I set out to by shield + weapon or hammer? Take it mind I'm looking more towards the future and pvp. When looking for weapons I get a little confused as to what I should really look for in a weapon..ie obviously max damage and other stats. That is another problem in itself. What kind of stats should I really be looking for and why? Why is axe maybe better than a sword? Or why is +6 armor to elemental/physical better than +30 hp? Should I look for a clear weapon and build stats or it straight up gold with stats better? Oh the confusion. Anyone care to shed some light on this subject for me? |

Well that clears up a lot.
For weapon and shield. What would be the most important or best possible stats I should get? Max Dmg 15% while over 50 +30hp 10/10 Armor Piercing? |

Firstly, like Savio said, it'd be much easier to make a PvP only character rather than investing lots of time and money to make a PvE character up to par. None have an advantage over the other. With a PvP only, you're just opening yourself up for more flexibility.

If you're looking to get yourself PvP oriented, it'd be worth your time to invest in a good weapon/shield set first. Quote:
+30 hp is just 30 more health. +5 armor or +7 phsyical/elemental is there forever and will help you more in the long run. An axe is an axe, a hammer is a hammer. Doesn't matter if it's clear, gold, green, etc. They all have the potential to be the same weapon. |

For a shield -2/-2 might be the way to go if you're going to use conjure and any stance (Bonetti's, flurry, or one of the numerous defensive stances). |
